The images in this project are partially covered with knitted rectangular veils of black, white, and red. These three colors symbolize the stages of transmutation in alchemy: Nigredo (black), Albedo (white), and Rubedo (red) which signifies the final stage. The images depict a journey from chaos to order, featuring geometric figures at different stages and reflecting personal experiences of transformation. The act of knitting serves as a metaphor for impermanence and change. Despite the effort put into creating something, it can easily be undone by simply pulling on a thread. This mirrors the reality of life and transformation, where change is always constant.
